  5. DIET TRACKER IS SHAREWARE AND MAY BE FREELY COPIED & DISTRIBUTED

  7. DIET TRACKER IS A COMPREHENSIVE DIET ANALYSIS PROGRAM WHICH ALLOWS THE USER
  8. TO ENTER DATA ON EVERY FOOD/DRINK ITEM THEY CONSUME EACH DAY.  EACH ITEM HAS
  9. A CALORIFIC VALUE WHICH ALLOWS THE USER TO VIEW THEIR DIET PROGRESS.  THE 
  10. USER MAY ALSO ENTER DETAILS OF ANY WEIGHT LOSSES/GAINS DURING THE DIET.  
  11. A FULL DIARY IS PROVIDED GIVING FEEDBACK ON PREVIOUSLY ENTERED DIET DATA.  
  12. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES A NUMBER OF ANALYSIS FEATURES INCLUDING SEVERAL 
  13. GRAPH FUNCTIONS AND AN OVERALL DIET SUMMARY.

  15. DIET TRACKER COMES COMPLETE WITH A FOOD FILE CONTAINING  NEARLY 1000 
  16. FOOD/DRINK ITEMS SO MOST OF THE DATA ENTRY IS BY A SIMPLE MOUSE CLICK.  
  17. THERE IS ALSO AN OPTION TO ENTER DATA ON ANY FOODSTUFFS NOT CURRENTLY 
  18. STORED IN THE FOOD FILE.

  22. To install Diet Tracker, select File and Run from the Program Manager.
  23. Next type A:\SETUP.EXE if the installation files are on your floppy 
  24. drive or else type the path to where you have downloaded/copied the 
  25. installation files.  Follow the on-screen prompts, selecting the directory
  26. in which to install the files.

  29. The program allows two diets to be entered, after which time a
  30. password must be entered.  This password will be sent after the program
  31. has been registered.

  33. Registration costs just $20 (or ú14 pounds Sterling)

  53. Diet Tracker also creates the following data files:
  54. WEIGHT1.TXT  (Also WEIGHT2.TXT to Weight5.TXT for each new diet)
  55. DIET1.TXT    (Also DIET2.TXT to DIET5.TXT for each new diet)
  56. DIETHD1.TXT  (Also DIETHD2.TXT to DIETHD5.TXT for each new diet)
  57. USERCODE.TXT

  59. The file USERCODE.TXT contains a copy of the the user code which should
  60. be sent with the registration fee.  Although this can be opened and
  61. read, it should not be changed as the password we return on registration
  62. is based on this code.

  103. will enable you to enter an unlimited number of diets, of unlimited length.
